Ensure tax and pricing compliance
As our new Tax & Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be based at our HQ in Bredebro, with the flexibility to work remotely a few days a week. You will be part of a team of 6 professionals who ensure compliance with tax matters and regulations in all the countries where ECCO operates.

In this role, your primary responsibilities will include managing tax accounting and ensuring transfer pricing compliance across the ECCO Group. You will oversee accurate and timely reporting, adherence to Group policies, and compliance with relevant transfer pricing regulations and emerging trends.

Doing so, you will work closely with our subsidiaries, fostering collaboration to effectively manage tax accounting. Additionally, you can look forward to:

  • Managing Transfer Pricing Documentation: Overseeing documentation for ECCO Group and providing global support to our local finance teams on transfer pricing matters
  • Assisting Regional CFOs: Supporting regional CFOs with tax controversies related to transfer pricing
  • Handling Intercompany Transactions: Managing all intercompany transactions and ensuring documentation is maintained and updated regularly
  • Managing Tax Accounting & Reporting: Overseeing tax accounting and reporting processes (Danish GAAP / IAS 12) and assisting in preparing the statutory tax provision
  • Analysing and Solving Tax Issues: Addressing and resolving issues related to Danish and international tax matters
  • Managing Tax Risk: Identifying and managing potential tax risks to ensure compliance.
  • Participating in Ad Hoc Projects: Contributing your expertise to various ad hoc projects as needed

Experience from a similar position
You enjoy collaboration and teamwork. Moreover, you have a structured approach to your work, and a keen eye for improvement.

Finally, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a master’s degree in tax, accounting, finance, or economics, alternatively, you could have been trained by the Danish Tax Authorities
  • Have experience from a similar position, at the Danish Tax Authorities or in an accounting firm
  • Are ready to travel approx. 20 days per year to visit subsidiaries across the globe
  • Have experience with Excel, SAP, or similar ERP system
  • Have great communication skills in English
