E-commerce Manager for Konges Sløjd
Are you a dynamic leader ready to make a meaningful impact? We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to build and lead our dedicated E-commerce team, setting the course for future growth while connecting with our global community of consumers.

As an E-commerce Manager at Konges Sløjd, you will play a vital role in creating future profitable growth and consumer connection to parents and all who values quality, design and care in every product with the end game to build Konges Sløjd as a premium brand globally.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll have the P&L responsibility of the platform and as well as the autonomy to lead a diverse and talented team that includes traffic driving specialists to onsite specialists and customer service, everyone dedicated to unleashing the huge potential in an already international successful company.

We have a strong foundation across northern Europe and look towards driving extensive growth across South of Europe, DACH as well as driving our new growth venture in North America.

About you:

• You have experience from alike positions where DTC acts as a spearhead for building a global brand while creating sustainable growth. You understand that it is critical to find a good balance where our strong BtB partners and Konges Sløjd thrive together, connecting with the consumers in an optimum way.
• Thrives on collaboration and has a natural talent for engaging with colleagues, team members, and external partners.
• Has a passion for the category we’re in; helping parents equip their children with quality clothing, toys and accessories. You understand our consumers and how Konges Sløjd can be a part of their journey.
• Enjoys mentoring and empowering your team, lead by a supportive, ambitious, and positive environment where everyone can grow and succeed.
• Is never afraid to take a hands-on approach, as the team at times will be fully loaded managing the many tasks of growing our E-commerce business.
• Can set a clear direction for the Konges Sløjd E-commerce business where we create short- and long-term profitable growth while maintaining that the E-commerce channels support the building of Konges Sløjd brand wherever we meet the consumers.

Your success in this role:

• In collaboration with the CEO and team define and execute the next step of the E-commerce business for Konges Sløjd.
• Based on the strategy, set clear and ambitious goals for your team, and the organization in general as well as secure a follow up structure accordingly.
• Lead and coach your team, ensuring that each team member feels valued and motivated. The journey of how we reach our targets is important
• Achieve the financial targets, as well as growing consumer satisfaction.
• Execute on your commitment.

Your qualifications:

• Long experience from e-commerce within the fashion industry, alternatively within the kid’s category, or from the interior design space.
• Minimum 3 years management experience
• Experience with the entire spectrum of e-commerce, and a solid insight in to best-practices within SEO, paid marketing, CRO, various CMS, 3rd platforms, CRM etc.
• The current platform is Shopify. It’s less important that you are an expert in Shopify, and more important that you have thorough experience in working with CMS.
• International experience, specifically within EU, Asia and US. Experience from operating platforms and new distribution models is an advantage.
• An ongoing interest in what’s next, and a keen interest in emerging trends like AI, voice search, and innovative e-commerce strategies.
