Senior Loadbalancer Engineer

Aeven Network Services consists of 100+ resources in Denmark, Czech and Philippines, and our primary focus is to operate our customers security related services. Also we provide expert advisory on network services & security solutions all around the world.

We operate existing and new solutions within Network Loadbalancer services (F5 and Netscaler). Our customers are within the Life Science industry, Finance, Private & Public.

Your Responsibilities

• Implementation of changes and service request as well as troubleshooting of Incidents with the right level of documentation in order to comply with the required compliance level
• Furthermore, you will take part in normal operations maintenance such as patch, license renewal and audits responsibility, where our contributions are included in the delivery
• Participate in implementing projects
• Working on smaller assignments with full costumer contact and as part of a team collaborating with architects, client, project managers and other stakeholders
• Daily operational tasks
• Be a part of the On Call Team

Operations vary from minor adjustments on existing environments, transition to new environments, daily operation tasks, sw. qualification, patching, be a part of delivering services on large enterprise solutions.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• 5+ years Operational experience with setup of BIG-IP Alliances, physical and virtual appliances
• Experience with making design for setup of new F5 BIG-IP is a plus
• 5+ years Operational experience on the different modules: LTM, APM, GTM(DNS), ASM or AFM
• Experienced in security, setting up AFM or DDOS protection
• Knowledge of OWASP
• Experience with automation, Terraform, Ansible or similar
• Skilled in troubleshooting of load balancing, reverse proxy, using TCPDUMP, logs or other tools
• Basic network skills and understanding of the OCI model
• Experience in making documentation

• 3 years of Incident/problem handling in a larger enterprise environment
• Knowledge of GxP or other Qualified solutions a plus
