Senior Network Audit Process Specialist

Our Network Services organization in Czechia is growing, and we are looking for experienced colleagues specialized in network automation solutions.

Aeven Network services consist of 100+ resources in Denmark, Czech and Philippines, and our primary focus is to design, build, maintain network solutions as well as providing advisory and consulting services.

We are operating and developing existing and new solutions within Network security, core and enterprise. Our customers are within the Life Science industry, Finance, Private & Public.

We are increasingly busy, so we need more hands and brains to support our journey.

Your Responsibilities
As our new Senior Network audit process Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the audits for Network services, to ensure compliance with internal and external security standards and policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration, and audit processes. If you have experience with cybersecurity as well, then that is a plus.

Network Auditing:

• Conduct detailed audits of the customers network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices. (on-site, off-site or mail-audits)
• Assess compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in meetings, gather information from your network colleagues on configurations etc.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Document audit findings, including detailed descriptions of identified issues and recommended corrective actions
• Prepare audit reports for customers together with Customer Account teams

Policy and Procedure Review:

• Review and document and assess the effectiveness of existing network policies and procedures in our Quality Management System
• Provide recommendations for policy enhancements to improve network security and compliance

Compliance Monitoring:

• Monitor ongoing compliance with network security policies and regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of compliance status to relevant authorities

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest developments in network security, audit methodologies, and industry best practices
• Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance auditing skills and knowledge

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network administration, cybersecurity, and network auditing
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, loadbalancers, ISE and wireless access points
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP in more network services, Optional a CISSP
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to clearly document and present audit findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• You are highly organized with the ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously
• You have high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• You are fluent in English both orally and writing
