The Job:

This is a career developing position aimed at taking you and our current product management set-up for Core portfolio for pitched roofing in the Nordic region to the next level.

The Nordic Product Manager Core will own dedicated parts of the Nordic product portfolio for the Monier/Zanda/Ormax brand. The main task will be to secure a profitable core portfolio, partly via premiumisation and harmonisation.

This position will have functional management responsibility with indirect leadership of team members across the Nordics and Group organisation.

We believe you are based at our Danish headquarters in Nørresundby, Ålborg. The role requires regular travelling between the offices in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden, approximately 10% of the time. There will also be some limited travelling to the BMI Technical Centre outside Frankfurt and relevant production sites.

Your Main Tasks:

• From a holistic Nordic perspective be responsible for managing and optimising dedicated parts of the Monier/Zanda/Ormax brand portfolio, including life cycle management.
• Be involved in defining a clear Nordic portfolio strategy, with a strong and sharp harmonised core portfolio
• Be involved in defining the 1-5 year Nordic roadmap (aligned with the Nordic strategy)
• Analyse customer needs/behaviours and market data (translate insights to actionable product requirements)
• Create relevant business cases for opportunities in the Nordics
• Competitor analysis
• Define and train the sales force on products/systems and value selling packages.
• Responsible for delivering data for new products to the local Product Data Specialists.
• Ensure documentation is fulfilled and accessible according to regulations for both new products and solutions.
• Create change via influential management.

Your Experience:

Ideally you hold a university degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or similar.

Furthermore, you have a proven track record of minimum 5 years in a similar challenging manager position, within Product and Project Management, from a large international player, ideally within the building and construction industry, consumer electronics, consumer goods or power tool industry.

You have solid experience from stakeholder management as well as a strong business acumen including understanding of the drivers behind product profitability.

• Ability to develop a deep understanding of customer needs
• Understands business analytics
• Technical interest and knowledge in combination of a strong commercial mindset
• You are fluent in Danish (or any other Scandinavian language), and have very good skills in English
