Then you might be the Digital Marketing Manager ALD Automotive is looking to a play pivotal role in driving our online presence and growth of our future brand.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives to drive our new brand and create awareness, general leads, and support overall business objectives. The main objective for 2025 is to define the function and take over from legacy external marketing agency.

An opportunity to build and drive an internal marketing and communication function
In addition to executing day-to-day digital marketing and internal communication activities, the Digital Marketing Manager will:

  • In close cooperation with our French HQ, develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and plans to achieve company objectives, including brand positioning, products promotions, and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and finance to align digital marketing efforts with business goals and priorities.
  • Coordinate the internal communication function e.g. internal newsletters, announcements, townhall presentations, templates i.a.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer’s needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Define target customer segments and develop targeted digital marketing campaigns and messaging to reach and engage key audiences.
  • Oversee the creation and production of digital marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, digital newsletters, and multimedia assets, ensuring brand consistency and quality in close collaboration with the Communication Officer and external agencies.
  • Manage digital marketing channels, including websites, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership, providing insights and recommendations for digital marketing strategy and investment.

As Digital Marketing Manager you will have a Communications Officer in direct report.

Experienced marketing manager with a track record in implementing and delivering impactful marketing strategies
As previously mentioned, your main objective for 2025 is to define the Digital Marketing function. To succeed in this role, you must be able to define and build the role by drawing on previous experience from a similar function.

Furthermore, we imagine you:

  • Have a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies preferably from an international company.
  • Have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including, social media marketing, email marketing and content marketing.
  • Are confident in your skills and experience to build an internal function for marketing and communication.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
  • Are a creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to think strategically about the complex issues.
  • Have well proven project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are passionate about staying up to date with the latest trends in digital and marketing technology.
  • Speak and write English and Danish fluently.
