The Role

We are looking for a student assistant to support our Web Performance & Development team with various tasks. These tasks range from administrative functions, such as following up on requests from stakeholders in our ticket system, to smaller implementations or configurations in our analytics setup.

You may also support data quality analysis efforts. Also, we are always looking to improve our processes, and you will have the chance to suggest improvements to help us better support our global and regional stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll gain experience in different areas of data management and support the organization in becoming more data driven. We’ll provide you with a thorough introduction to our team's operations and ensure you receive training on the relevant systems and tools.

Your closest team members are based in both our Hørsholm and Budapest offices, so we frequently communicate via Teams. To thrive in this role, you should be excited and interested in working with data.

Your main tasks will be:

• Support access management for global analytics systems

• Maintain our Google Analytics setup across all markets

• Ensure consistent configuration across all GA4 properties

• Assist in audits to ensure data quality

• Monitor data collection for regulatory compliance

• Address tracking-related requests from the VELUX organization

• Conduct basic Google Tag Manager (GTM) implementations

• Support simple digital analysis

• Assist in communication with stakeholders

Who You Are

You are detail-oriented with high coordination and communication skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at multiple levels. You are independent, motivated by your tasks, and thrive in an international environment where you can think globally and act locally. You enjoy being part of a diverse team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun together.

We expect that you:

• Are studying for a bachelor’s in Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related field where digital data is central

• Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and have experience with Google Analytics

• Have a natural interest in digital data and are curious about the digital space

• Are able to work 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility during exam periods and other school-related activities

• Are fluent in written and spoken English

• Have at least 1.5 years remaining in your studies
