Student Assistant, Information Security - Viby

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for information security? Are you looking for an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative organization? Arla Foods is currently seeking a dedicated student worker to join our Information Security team.

How you will make an impact
As a student worker in Arla Information Security, you will play a crucial role in supporting the coordination, communication, stakeholder management, compliance, and reporting activities within the department. You will work closely with the Information Security team to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Arla's information assets. Additionally, this position offers the unique opportunity to gain experience working with major security vendors such as Microsoft, Palo Alto, and Cisco.

You will have responsibility in the following fields:

• Assist in coordinating and scheduling meetings, workshops, and trainings related to information security.
• Support the team in maintaining effective communication channels with stakeholders, including internal departments, external partners, and vendors.
• Assist in managing compliance activities, ensuring adherence to relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to information security initiatives and projects.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to develop and maintain information security awareness and training materials.
• Support incident response activities, including gathering relevant information, coordinating with stakeholders, and documenting incidents.

We would like you have the following qualifications:

• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, preferably in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
• Basic understanding of information security principles, concepts, and best practices (knowledge in these areas is a plus but not a mandatory requirement).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, GDPR, or NIST (knowledge in these areas is a plus but not a mandatory requirement).
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

The position is framed to be 15 hours in average per week. There will be some flexibility around placement of hours and place to work.
