The Opportunity
Want to take on a unique position in the Nordic branch of Abbott Diabetes Care?
Our Finance and Demand organization is looking for a Demand Manager to support our business in the Nordics.
As a Demand Manager for the Nordic region, you will play an important role in ensuring that our commercial demand forecasts are built up from solid underlying analytics that supports ADC Nordics strategic objectives. You will work closely with the commercial organization to understand the underlying market conditions and communicate these through our financial reporting processes (LBE/CDR/Weekly Forecast).
In this role you will also be responsible for logistics and allocation of products between ADC`s European Distribution Centers and our four local warehouses in the Nordics.
You`ll be responsible for product lifecycle management for our Freestyle Libre portfolio and legacy devices and be a key asset to ensure products are introduced and phased out according to both local and EMEAP strategy.

This is an office-based position and the Demand Manager can be based in Sweden, Norway, or Denmark.
We are looking for someone who sits with some of the below features:
Education
- Minimum Masters degree, preferably in Finance / Supply chain / Logistics related disciplines. Lack of formal education can be compensated by extensive experience in above diciplines
Background
- Background in finance, supply chain management or analytics with experience from of change management or operational excellence initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and experience from statistical forecasting and the ability to use analysis in an operational context to support ADC team in decision making processes.
- Experience and acumen in driving business critical processes, such as, but not limited to Demand Reviews, New Product Introduction processes, Inventory and Supply chain management, pricing model analysis.
- Organization and Planning skills, ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload.
- Fluency in English both verbally and in writing
- Must have excellent system skills, aptitude and experience, especially Excel, & PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI and Dodeca is desirable.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant progressive experience, minimum 1 year of related work experience in a multinational environment.
