THE POSITION
As an Operations Quality Coordinator, you will play a central role in both our warehouse and operations departments. This hands-on role involves a balanced focus on quality assurance and operational tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming goods meet our quality standards, while also supporting various operational needs. Working closely with our hardware team, as well as both Danish and international suppliers, you will ensure our high standards are consistently maintained. In addition, you will act as the primary contact for processing warranty claims.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Owning and continuously improving the inbound quality control process.
• Receiving and performing quality checks on incoming goods to ensure compliance with our quality standards.
• Collaborating closely with the warehouse, operations, and hardware teams.
• Coordinating with suppliers to ensure products meet quality expectations.
• Managing customer and supplier claims, ensuring they are processed internally in a timely manner.
• Assisting with various operational tasks within the warehouse and production areas as needed.

As this is a newly defined role, the workload is expected to be split 50/50 between quality assurance and operational tasks.

THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-conscious individual who thrives in a hands-on role within an active operational environment. You should be a proactive problem-solver with the ability to act quickly and efficiently.

To be successful in this role, it is important that:

• You have experience in warehouse operations, quality assurance, or operations coordination.
• You are fluent in Danish and English; other languages are a plus.
• You possess strong communication skills and can collaborate effectively across teams and cultures.
• You are reliable, consistent, and have a keen eye for detail.
