Being a Marketing Manager for LEGO® NINJAGO® means being more than just a marketeer – it means being a total business owner and a brave Ninja! Enroll in a Global marketing role to drive the LEGO® NINJAGO® IP agenda from strategy development to implementation in local markets!

Core Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships and collaborate cross functionally with various partners across the LEGO eco-system to build compelling product extensions and engaging consumer activations from planning to actual execution.
  • Participate in setting the assortment strategy and develop a profitable and productive product portfolio by working closer with the design team and portfolio management.
  • Develop best-in-class selling in material and partner with the regional teams to secure strong selling in with retailers and markets.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of the franchise against industry and competitors and follow up on performance in markets.
  • Support the team in campaign development by working closely with our internal Agency team to develop best in class campaign toolboxes.
  • Ultimately participate in informing the overall vision and long-term strategic direction in partnership with the Head of Product and the Marketing Lead.

The Global Product & Marketing department develops and manages the global portfolio of concepts and products – short, medium, and long term - and are responsible for developing a portfolio which can deliver to the consumer sales and profitability objectives of the LEGO Group.

For this role we need someone who is dedicated and who can contribute to the vision and strategy behind the brand by developing marketing plans and driving innovation. You will be part of a team of 3 passionate Ninja marketeers and will report to the Head of Product leading the team.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Marketing and/or brand experience within an international environment where you have developed capabilities within product development, campaign and communication development. Marketing/product experience from the content and entertainment industry or similarly related is a plus.
  • Passionate about understanding consumers and creating meaningful product and brand experiences for kids.
  • A Team-player by heart who is great at building relationships and making an impact across various regions and cultures.
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate numbers into action
  • Curiosity and inquisitive thinking
