Our Product Functions team plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects by providing cross-functional support and implementing development projects for our products at both the wind turbine and plant levels. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team with 3 – 5 years of experience. You will be responsible for high priority projects that has a big commercial impact, and which gives Vestas a significant competitive advantage. When you are done with these, we have other interesting projects waiting for you.
You will be able to deliver cross functional solutions to our internal customers by collaborating with various departments including Product Safety, Documentation and Certification, Noise and Environmental, and TCM. You know that you only succeed utilizing excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You know that detailed planning is the backbone of your projects, and you excel in Jira and MS Project to support your planning.
Of course your PM toolbox is tidy and you know what tool to use in various situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management, including timeline alignment, project baseline establishment, budget creation, progress monitoring, and issue escalation handling
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the value chain to ensure alignment and effective project delivery
• Prepare and present progress reports internally and externally
• Maintain an understanding of technical aspects related to project execution

Qualifications

• Proven 3-5 years of experience in project management within large organizations
• Proficiency in detailed planning with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project and JIRA
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• A technical background or understanding is preferred
• Certified in at least one project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2)
• Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills
