As part of this vision, our Digital Solutions are strengthening their focus on accelerating digital product development. You will be part of the Enterprise Cloud Service and Engineering team (ESCE), which is responsible for Vestas Cloud platforms.

Vestas Digital Solutions are responsible for a wide range of activities, all related to driving and promoting the digital agenda. The Datacenter & Cloud, Engineering, and Services (DCES) product area focuses on accelerating digital product development by providing enterprise-ready cloud platforms.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will be:

• Be the internal infrastructure or cloud onboarding specialist for projects
• Be responsible for the specification, governance, and communication of architecture plans and blueprints
• Be a consultant during the design and development phases of architectural standards and blueprints
• Ensure high standards for customer engagement and cross-product alignment across our organization
• Be a promoter of and encourage the reuse of existing enterprise platforms
• Build up the internal demand pipeline by engaging with business stakeholders
• Provide consulting expertise to business stakeholders in terms of architectural standards and best practices
• Work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into architectural designs

Qualifications
On a professional level, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

• Many different educational backgrounds can be relevant, but we imagine that you have 2-4 years of experience with cloud architecture and perhaps also additional experience with another relevant IT domain, e.g., storage, DBM, or on-prem data centers
• High communication skills and a genuine interest in people and their technical challenges
• You are able to engage with stakeholders at all levels and are confident in your recommendations
• Experience in agile delivery methods (SAFe, KANBAN, DevOps, etc.) and some experience with working in a product-based organization represents a positive factor
• Understanding of Cloud technology and business use cases
• Experience working with architectural artifacts and other architectural disciplines (e.g., security)
• It is benefitial if you have experience with cloud network components or cloud security

You will interact with our R&D function and gain valuable insights into how we provide services that accelerate the global energy transition. You will have a wide network of colleagues, report to the Product Area Lead, and work closely with our Product Area Architect, who oversees our technical onboarding processes. This position can be filled by many different candidates and can be shaped to address individual interests.
