About Us
DCAI is a newly established company, with a mission to accelerate AI research and innovation in Denmark. DCAI will operate Gefion, a state-of-the-art supercomputer designed to tackle large-scale AI projects across various fields, from healthcare and life sciences to the green transition and quantum computing. We are based in Copenhagen and collaborate closely with experts from both the public and private sectors, including partnerships with NVIDIA, to advance Denmark's position in AI and advanced computing.

The Job
We are seeking a motivated User Onboarding Specialist who thrives in a start-up environment and can navigate the complexities of onboarding new users to our world-class AI supercomputing environment.

As our User Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and leading the user onboarding experience from the ground up. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding strategies, creating user-friendly training materials, and providing continuous support to empower users to fully utilize Gefion’s resources. Your work will directly support transformative research projects, making a tangible impact on critical global challenges.

Requirements
Your key responsibilities and tasks include:

• Strategic Onboarding Management: Lead and oversee our comprehensive onboarding program for new users of the Gefion supercomputer, ensuring they are equipped with essential tools, knowledge, and resources to maximize their effectiveness. Develop and implement scalable onboarding strategies to enhance user experience and accelerate time-to-productivity.

• Process Optimization and Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, refine, and optimize onboarding workflows and documentation. Establish best practices and continuous improvement processes to drive efficiency and clarity in user support and onboarding activities.
• Training Program Development and Delivery: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and documentation that empower users to effectively navigate our HPC systems and tools. Use instructional design principles to create engaging and accessible materials tailored to diverse user needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Act as the principal liaison between users, researchers, academic institutions, and other stakeholders. Manage relationships proactively, ensuring their needs are addressed and expectations are aligned. Facilitate regular communication to provide updates, gather feedback, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Technical Leadership and Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in HPC domains, environments, and systems to provide strategic guidance and technical support to users. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to ensure Gefion remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
• Advanced User Support Leadership: Serve as the primary escalation point for Level 3 support, managing and resolving complex technical issues within the HPC ecosystem. Ensure seamless operation of the system, prioritizing user satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Cross-Organizational Collaboration: Partner closely with NVIDIA and other key partners to ensure the effectiveness of our HPC infrastructure and support systems. Lead collaborative initiatives to enhance system performance, user experience, and support services, driving continuous improvement across the board.

Professional and personal qualifications

• A strong background in high-performance computing (HPC), AI, or a related field, with proven experience in user onboarding or technical support roles.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing onboarding strategies in a technology-driven environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
• A passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in AI and its potential to address global challenges.
