The profile:
- Commercial experience in the medical sector, preferably orthopedics.
- Hands-on experience and customer interaction are a plus.
- Solid financial knowledge for handling products and pricing.
- Experience in small and medium-sized companies or family-owned businesses.
- Dynamic and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Willingness to be present in the office.
The tasks:
- Responsible for daily general managerial operations.
- Optimize inventory levels and ensure stock rotation.
- Development of annual objectives based on market analysis and forecasts.
- Participation in board meetings to ensure alignment with the company's management direction.
- Weekly reporting and quarterly forecasting to monitor company performance. Responsibility for the company's contracts to maintain legal and financial integrity.
