As the Oracle Cloud Solution Architect for the finance and HR modules, you will translate business requirements into solution designs and be part of the hands-on implementation. This role involves daily application operations as well as participation in global development programs. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Oracle Platform Architect with a primary focus on cloud platforms to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our finance platform consolidation program and requires an individual with deep expertise in Oracle HCM and Finance modules. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working with Oracle and a minimum of 10 years in the IT industry. About the job

Cloud Platform Strategy & Architecture:

• Design and implement cloud-based solutions for Oracle HCM and Finance modules.
• Develop and maintain the overall cloud architecture, ensuring it aligns with the organization's business goals.
• Evaluate and recommend cloud-based solutions to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.

Solution Design Leadership:

• Lead the Solution Design Board for the finance platform consolidation program.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define the architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Ensure all solutions are aligned with architectural principles, standards, and best practices.

Technical Expertise:

• Provide deep technical expertise in Oracle HCM and Finance modules, including configuration, customization, and optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle cloud technologies and industry trends.
• Understand and apply Oracle best practices to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.

Project Management:

• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud-based projects.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project completion.
• Be comfortable and experienced in working within large-scale programs, setting direction, and adapting to changes as needed.
• Prioritize doing things right instead of fast, as Oracle is our target platform and getting it right is crucial.

Governance & Compliance:

• Establish and enforce governance policies for cloud solutions.
• Ensure all cloud solutions comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Mentorship & Training:

• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions on Oracle cloud solutions and best practices.

About you Qualifications:

• Experience:- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Oracle, focusing on HCM and Finance modules.
  - At least 10 years of experience in the IT industry.
  - Proven track record of designing and implementing cloud-based solutions.
  - Comfortable and experienced in working within programs, with the ability to set and change direction as necessary.
• Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  Technical Skills:
  - Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM and Finance modules.
  - Knowledge about Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Oracle Integration Cloud
  - Proficient in solution architecture, system integration, and data management.
  - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in finance and HR domains.
• Soft Skills:- Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
  - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  - effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Preferred Qualifications:- Certification in Oracle Cloud solutions.
  - Experience in finance platform consolidation programs.
  - Prior experience in a leadership role within a large-scale IT project.
