UX/UI Design Intern for a Digital Product Development
As a design intern, you will work with our experienced Product Designers, Product Managers and Software Engineers on our digital product in cross-disciplinary teams. You will gain hands-on experience in understanding users' needs and translating them into functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing designs. You will contribute to product discovery, prototype development, and user testing. We expect you will primarily work with our team to develop a product that helps companies drive more sustainable businesses and report on their progress. You will also have the chance to be involved in our other products or cross-product initiatives.

Join the Design team and Stakeholder Intelligence Tech
As part of the Design team, you’ll collaborate with experienced designers through feedback sessions, knowledge sharing and social activities. Additionally, you’ll be part of the Stakeholder Intelligence Tech department, where 40 designers and developers work across various digital products. You will be involved in dynamic, agile processes, offering ample opportunities for learning, professional development, and networking.

You will be tasked to

• Support product discovery activities by gaining insights into user needs and behavior
• Design and develop prototypes in Figma
• Conduct user testing and integrate feedback into iterative design improvements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals, technical feasibility and user needs
• Participate in regular team activities like sprint reviews, refinement session and stand-ups

We imagine that you

• Currently study Digital Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media Concept Development or a related field
• Have experience with tools like Figma and Miro are comfortable creating wireframes, and prototypes
• Are detail-oriented, with a passion for usability and visual design
• Are eager to learn, open to feedback, and enthusiastic about improving your design skills
• Can work both independently and collaboratively within a team, taking on responsibility for your tasks

Practical details
The internship is planned for spring 2025. It is a full-time role or per agreement to fit your studies. To apply we require you to be enrolled in education at the time of the internship, and we require that you are currently living in Denmark.
