In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing our grant management systems, driving impactful projects, and supporting the Foundation's mission to make a positive difference in society.

The Job
We offer a unique opportunity to shape and enhance the Foundation’s grant management systems. As part of the Digital & Project Excellence team, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define, implement, and optimize business processes. Your role will involve process analysis and implementation in cross-department projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the systems align with the Foundations goals and ambitions.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Maintain and develop the Foundation’s grant management systems through configuration and ongoing system enhancements.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define, implement, and optimize business processes and system functionality.

• Conduct business analysis and scope tasks for larger projects, ensuring alignment with foundation needs.

• Perform testing and validation of new features, functionalities, and system updates.

• Provide 2nd level system support and technical guidance to the helpdesk team.

• Participate in day-to-day system administration, including configuration, testing, and system oversight.

• Develop and deliver training and documentation for system users to enhance understanding and effective utilization of the system.

About you
You are a tech-savvy professional with a strong background in digital systems management. Your ability to analyze processes, configure and implement solutions, and provide technical guidance makes you a valuable asset to any team.

We imagine that you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

• Over 5 years of experience in software implementation, consulting, and CMS configuration with a technical focus.

• Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, and the ability to communicate complex content across organizational levels.

• Superior proficiency in Microsoft applications and web technologies (HTML, JS, SQL, etc.).

• Experience with cloud-based solutions, particularly Azure.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and execute projects efficiently.
