This position reports to the Head of Zone and is part of the Zone management team

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing a plan to grow our Enterprise Services business in the zone/country. You are responsible for the overall management and success of this business and the organization.
  • Responsible for the order intake, revenue as well as the profitability of the Enterprise Services (ES) business in your assigned geography. You will actively identify, propose, support and realize specific projects, to achieve your targets.
  • You are responsible to lead, and scale a talented team of sales, solution architects and project managers while embedding the positive and unique values of our company culture. You ensure the organization stays competitive and responsive to market changes.
  • You will deploy our portfolio elements to make compelling value propositions to customers and drive change in the healthcare market.
  • Develop strong internal relationships and process know how to ensure timely and adequate response to Customer needs. This includes the Siemens Healthineers zone/country organizations, zone/country management, EMEA ES and ES global to achieve business goals.
  • You will also build and maintain industry know how and relationships.
  • You will ensure overall professional CRM and project execution is applied. You oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring efficiency, productivity and adherence to performance metrics.
  • You ensure compliance to all Siemens Healthcare guidelines and quality management system.



Your qualifications and experience

  • 10-15 years of experience managing complex business relationships, strategic planning, and execution, ideally in Sales, business development or business management roles
  • Excellent track record in understanding customer pain points and creating value propositions to address them
  • Negotiation techniques and methodologies.
  • Experience in working in technology industry preferably in Healthcare/medical equipment as service/sales or business management role.
  • Working within cross functional teams/processes to achieve goals. Strong evidence of ability to build solutions across multiple stakeholders in complex relationships is essential.

Your attributes and skills

  • Degree in relevant discipline.
  • English (Fluent).
  • Knowledge of one or more local languages would be a clear plus.
  • Leadership skills and at least 5 years’ experience of managing a diverse team.
  • You are a team player and able to build high performance teams.
  • Pro-active mindset and ability to develop / co-create new business opportunities with customers.
  • You comfortably interact and present at C-level / senior ministry representatives.
  • You have a “Can do”- mentality, a structured work method, strong capabilities to develop new concepts and communicate your ideas convincingly complete your profile.
  • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment subject to continuous improvement and optimization.
  • You have developed intercultural skills.
