Finance > Group Tax > Corporate Income Tax
Group Tax has the global responsibility for most corporate taxes in Vestas. As part of Group Tax, the Corporate Income Tax function is responsible for corporate income tax compliance and reporting. In addition, we are working closely with our colleagues across the globe in our Finance Shared Service Centre in Manila, Philippines, and Regional Tax functions who have the responsibilities for the daily CIT compliance and operations. Group Tax currently consists of more than 60 people covering following functions: VAT, Transfer Pricing, Regional Tax, and lastly Corporate Income Tax.

Responsibilities

• Compliance and tax accounting, optimizing of internal controls, and improve year-end closing for DK companies including the parent company
• Preparation of quarterly Danish tax calculations and tax returns for the joint taxation
• Preparation of documentation supporting financial statement and individual tax return positions as well as the joint Danish tax return
• Responsible for Danish corporate tax audits and tax disputes and handle relations with Danish tax authorities
• Preparation for Pillar II reporting including engaging with relevant internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Master's degree within Finance, Audit or Management Accounting (tax auditor, cand.merc.aud, cand.merc.jur or similar) or other relevant educational background
• 3 years (minimum) of relevant experience from a position within a bigger organization or in an advisory firm as auditor or consultant

• Proven history within handling complex tax processes under tight deadlines and a good eye for details
• Good interpersonal skills and enjoy having a large network of colleagues and stakeholders

• Proficiency in English and Danish is a prerequisite
