What we offer
A very exciting role where you will be leading the Group CXU organisation consisting of app. 30 employees.

Group CXU plays a crucial role in shaping digital customer experiences and ensuring a first class interaction with our online platforms.

By prioritizing customer needs, Group CXU enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty, directly contributing to the company’s growth and reputation.

In close collaboration and dialogue with the regions, you will oversee the development and execution of effective strategies and ultimately realise ambitious goals creating value for the business.

As Group CXU Director, you will report to the SVP of Brand Marketing and be a member of, and a strong contributor, to the Brand Marketing leadership team. Brand Marketing covers Group CXU, Brand Management, Media Management, Business Marketing, Group Insights & Analytics, Marketing Enablement & Strategy and Strategic Pricing, and count approx. 130 dedicated people delivering excellence every day.

You will be based in our Head Office in Hørsholm in a hybrid set-up and some travelling can be expected.

Key responsibilities
You will have the overall responsibility of all our global marketing websites including development, maintenance, optimization and deployment of new digital capabilities and tools.

Key tasks for your team will include:

• Support regional CXU, provide guidance and ensure a consistent, high-quality digital customer experience across regions
• Design and implement customer-centric processes to enhance the website user experience
• Ensure high-quality, relevant and engaging website content, SEO and customer oriented
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure optimal resource and cost allocation
• Lead and mentor your team, set direction, foster a growth and customer-centric mindset
• Analyse customer feedback data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Track user interactions and drive initiatives to improve customer retention

Who are we looking for
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of customer needs and behavior, and a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and loyalty as well as leading high-performance teams and managing multiple priorities.

You hold a Master’s degree from marketing or a related field, and relevant experience. Combined with your strategic mindset, drive and ability to lead you know how to build the future and an aspirational work environment for teams to thrive.

You have exceptional stakeholder management skills and you engage comfortably with many different stakeholders across the globe on all levels.

Furthermore, you:

• Have a sense of urgency combined with the ability to execute
• Are an excellent communicator who can easily collaborate with people from very different backgrounds - both internally and externally
• Excel in building strong, cross-functional relationships within a team-oriented culture
• Have experience working in an international setting
• Are able to work in English at professional level both verbally and in writing.
