Customer Logistics team we are highly motivated to identify and implement solutions and improvements for the greater good of our customers and Arla, working with a variety of stakeholders across the entire organization.

How you will make an impact
As our new Senior Customer Logistics specialist, you will be part of the Danish customer logistics team, whose primary task is to ensure optimal and improved cooperation with the Danish customers while focusing on balancing service costs.

Your main tasks will be to:

• identifying and driving initiatives for the benefit of the full value chain and our customers
• contribute to improved ways of working within the customer logistics organization and the Logistics organization in general
• ensure to monitor and report on KPI´s relevant for customer logistics
• analyzing data.

You will be working with customers and internal stakeholders across the full value chain including dairies, warehouses, distribution, planning and the commercial organization.

Who are you
The ideal candidate should have a commercial, proactive and ambitious mindset, flair for logistical solutions and strong analytical skills.

You hold a relevant Master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar, and have at least 3 plus years of relevant experience from the FMCG. On top of that, you should be ready to put an effort also during holidays such as Christmas and Easter.

Further, to successfully deliver on key priorities we believe that you have:

• strong stakeholder management skills
• effective communication and presentation skills
• fluent Danish and English language skills, both written and spoken and ideally
• proficiency in IT tools such as MS Office and knowledge.
