Student Assistant to work on IP infringements
“I saw a copy of your design on Temu” – we hear that all the time. So now we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Student Assistant to monitor and identify IP infringements related to Konges Sløjd’s products.
Konges Sløjd is a leading design-driven brand in the children’s clothing and lifestyle space and you will play a key role in protecting our brand. This requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
You will need to collaborate closely with our external legal advisors and be actively involved in detecting and pursuing cases related to intellectual property (IP) infringements, counterfeit goods, and managing our trademark portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring and identifying potential IP infringements related to Konges Sløjd’s products.
- Support the management and pursuit of cases involving counterfeit goods and other IP violations.
- Liaise with external legal partners to manage trademarks and ongoing IP cases.
- Conduct research and provide analysis on IP issues, specifically within the fashion and lifestyle sectors.
About You:
- Currently pursuing a law degree and have passed classes on intellectual property law.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – fluency in English required (Danish is a plus).
- Eager to be part of a fast-growing, international company with an energetic environment.
