Strategic Transformation is a small new established function within Procurement & Premises. The team’s objective is to strengthen project execution by infusing expertise and resources to the most critical and sensitive projects that underpin our Forward’28 strategy. The projects are multifaceted but typically includes complex and large-scale digital outsourcing, business process outsourcing, partnerships and M&A.

Tasks and responsibilities
No day will be the same and you will have to continuously balance priorities for managing internal stakeholders whilst planning and carrying out external activities. Furthermore, you will:

• Be allocated to one or more strategic transformation projects working together with a procurement manager from the strategic sourcing team
• Collaborate and engage with peers and SME functions across the bank to streamline execution and deliver in accordance with strategic goals
• Own projects and be accountable for planning and driving the execution with high quality and speed
• Participate in the overall strategic governance of the projects

A great match
To perform and achieve great results you will challenge and influence stakeholders across all levels in the organisation to design and implement projects and sourcing activities to deliver the right quality on time. We are looking for someone with the following proven experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of sourcing experience, including running RFx processes for strategic projects and commercial and contractual negotiations
• A skilled negotiator that can build a strategy for how to approach a vendor and secure the best possible result for Danske Bank
• Deep knowledge with different types of vendor relationships and agreements within digital, outsourcing, partnerships and BPO
• A great communicator with the ability to expertly aligning people amidst opposing interests and navigate the complexities of a large organisation
• Competent in orchestrating complex setups and engaging with key stakeholders.
• Great communication skills, verbal and written (English)
