Core Responsibilities

  • Design and develop LEGO® Integrated Management System, in a way that is compliant with all the relevant requirements and beyond that, become an effective, agile, and customized management system, that provides the opportunity of continuous improvement
  • Translate standards into understandable business requirements, enabling the organization to define, maintain and optimize business processes in line with internal and external requirements
  • Design and develop a governance framework for processes and documentation that fosters innovation while ensuring structured guidance on critical IMS topics.
  • Foster close collaboration with the Business Service Operations team to drive Business Transformation program, implement process requirements and internal documentation.
  • Plan and execute internal and external audit plans to maintain certificates and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders and global process owners to identify risks and opportunities related to the LEGO Group Management Systems
  • Establish and report IMS maturity metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop and deliver IMS-related training programs.
  • Roll out and lead IMS-related communities (e.g., IMS Ambassadors).
  • Provide coaching and support to internal stakeholders on IMS topics.
  • Define, plan, and execute strategic improvement projects related to IMS.

The IMS department supports the LEGO Group by working as part of a global team of dedicated IMS Managers, driving improvements across the organization. Positioned within the global Corporate Quality and EHS department, the IMS team specializes in ISO standards, management systems, continuous improvement, and business process & document management. Our primary goal is to ensure that relevant standards (such as ISO, FSC, etc.) and requirements are effectively integrated into the company’s processes and frameworks. Additionally, the department facilitates the efficient handling of non-conformities and the promotion of best practices, contributing to the overall quality and compliance of the organization.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Strong knowledge and experience with ISO standards and Business Process Management.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent planning skills, with the ability to simplify complex matters into actionable solutions.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to engage with internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
  • Experience in preparing and driving management reviews is advantageous.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially within large, international organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with tools such SAP Signavio is a plus.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a high level of initiative and persistence.
