Product Owner, Demand Planning

YOUR TEAM
You will join a team of developers, specialists and analysts working on the same goal to develop cutting-edge demand planning tools for BESTSELLER. Our environment is agile, and we always look for new ways of creating value, while continually improving our existing solutions.

YOUR ROLE
Your main responsibility as our Product Owner is to define the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and target achievement. Furthermore, you will:

• Prioritize and manage the backlog: prioritize the product backlog and elaborate user stories to ensure efficient development and delivery.
• Plan, communicate, and roll-out solutions: Plan, communicate, and roll out the demand planning solution to all of BESTSELLER, ensuring successful adoption and utilization.
• Bridge stakeholders and vendors: Act as the liaison between BESTSELLER TECH and stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
• Champion stakeholder needs: Be the voice of your stakeholders, advocating for their needs and ensuring their feedback is incorporated into the product development process.
• Manage milestones and deadlines: Ensure milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to throughout the product roadmap.

YOUR PROFILE
You have previously been working as a Demand Planner or have proven experience within the demand planning domain. Other important skills important skills are:

• Strong stakeholder management skills: Ability to effectively manage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, balancing diverse interests and gaining buy-in for your vision.
• Diplomatic and excellent communication skills: Ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics, using diplomacy and excellent communication skills to build consensus and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborative team player: You enjoy sharing your knowledge and expertise with your colleagues, creating a strong and supportive team environment.
• Structured and disciplined approach: Utilize a structured and disciplined approach to task management, combined with strong analytical skills to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Proactive and takes initiative: You are proactive, taking initiative to identify and solve problems, ensuring the product meets expectations and delivers value.
