As our AI Engagement Lead, You will have an important role to drive and structure business engagement and value creation of our efforts with a holistic lens on how to elevate data driven decision making and AI adoption throughout the organization.

With clear ties to our Forward ’28 Group Strategy, Group Data & Analytics are now creating the foundation for harnessing data & analytics capabilities. Currently, we are ramping up to build a highly specialized team that partners with our core business- and development teams, to deliver solutions that elevates data driven decision making, and adds value to our portfolio of existing and new IT applications.
To do so, we have recently established an AI & Data Products team, that will empower the organisation to leverage data and AI technologies to deliver business value and benefits.
Not only do we want to build things right, but just as important, we want to build the right things – which in the era of AI, and all the hype that comes with it, can be a challenge. You will have an integral part in striking that balance.
About the role
As our AI Engagement Lead, You will have an important role to drive and structure business engagement and value creation of our efforts with a holistic lens on how to elevate data driven decision making and AI adoption throughout the organization.
Specifically, you will:
- You will be responsible for development and implementation of a business engagement model.
- Use-case maturation and roadmap creation in close collaboration with business.
- Backlog maturation. Business and benefit cases.
- Drive business engagement. Facilitating workshops, dialogues etc.
- Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders, providing updates and ensuring their support.
Additionally, as responsible for the engagement model, you will work closely with Data & Analytics senior leadership to support developments of the broader operating model.

We imagine you bring 7+ years of professional experience in bringing value from data and AI/analytics. You enjoy working independently but thrives in teaming-up with skilled colleagues. You are curious about product development, technology trends with a thirst for knowledge and self-improvement
Furthermore, we hope your bring;
- Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML methods and tools.
- Proven history of process design, automation and optimization.
- Documented history of Data Science project execution from previous roles.
- Understanding of data models, technologies and architecture.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, incl. the ability to bring the right stakeholders together.
- Ability to set a product vision and deliver on a roadmap.
- Experience in use-case maturation and building business and benefit cases.
