About your future role
As Delivery Manager you will lead the deliveries of NemLog-in, one of the most critical digital infrastructures in Denmark. You will be part of an open and sharing community of highly skilled professionals, joining NemLog-in comprising of several delivery teams.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Overall end-to-end delivery of NemLog-in services across development, support, maintenance, and operations with primary focus on development
  • Overall management of the continued development of NemLog-in, including responsibility for planning larger requests for change
  • Manage and align customer expectations and deliveries according to the contract
  • Lead, engage and motivate team leads and foster a collaborative and supportive environment
  • Operational responsibility for the NemLog-in business case, financial management and reporting
  • Coordinate with your colleagues who are responsible for delivering support and operational services
  • Ensuring a constructive and efficient collaboration between internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate issues and risks
  • Monitor status and progress, and report to relevant stakeholders, e.g. internal and external steering committees
  • Evaluate performance and ensure continuous improvements and efficient ways of working
  • Develop and bring the best out of the talent in the delivery organisation

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Experience working with public sector clients and managing a wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise and sustain an excellent collaboration with the customer and stakeholders internally and externally at all levels
  • Experience with working in an agile set-up with portfolio management and managing large projects/program with numerous tracks
  • Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to involve, motivate and guide cross-functional teams
  • A holistic mindset with a structured, analytical work approach and strong at keeping the overview
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills, including crafting and delivering presentations at executive level
  • A team player mindset, able to work effectively at all levels of an organization and ability to set clear goals, work pro-actively and get the desired results
  • Strong in financial management and reporting
  • Must be able to thrive in a hectic environment
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Danish and English
  • Experience with IT contracts, preferably public sector contracts
  • Experience with project and program management, portfolio management and agile delivery, including SAFe

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

  • Experience with public tenders
  • Experience with management of operation, and support of complex it-solutions
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • IPMA level A or B or equivalent
  • Good knowledge of ITIL
  • Used to working with compliance requirements, preferably knowledge of e.g. GDPR and NSIS
