Core Responsibilities
In this role, there is an opportunity to review the entire value-chain about how LEGO ® products or experiences are brought to market by working and collaborating across the organization to tease out trade-offs or changes to our current business logic.

  • Strategy Leadership for Operating Model - Lead and support strategic efforts related to the corporate Operating Model during upcoming strategy periods.
  • Value Chain Analysis & Optimization - Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts cross the organization to assess and enhance the value chain, ensuring delivery of value to customers, shoppers, and consumers while maintaining profitability.
  • Interdependencies and Strategic Impacts - Identify and describe the interdependencies of new strategic initiatives, assessing their impacts upstream and downstream in the value chain, and contribute to finding the best end-to-end (E2E) solutions.
  • Transformational Change & Business Model Assessment - Identify key challenges and define the capabilities needed for significant transformational changes, assessing business model opportunities and their overall impact on the organization.
  • End-to-End Value Creation Design - Provide external perspectives and apply conceptual design thinking to enhance end-to-end value creation within the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Drive collaborative engagements with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment and successful strategy execution.
  • Internal Knowledge Sharing - Promote internal education and knowledge sharing on the Operating Model to drive understanding and engagement across the organization.

Play your part in our team succeeding
The Supply Chain Digital Transformation team, focus on providing thought leadership, practical solutions, and support in the generation of performance changing supply chain innovation and digitization.

On top of our Supply Chain remit, we are also the custodians of the LEGO Group ́s Operating Model, bridging our corporate strategy to the executional level across developing/making/selling LEGO products. With transformation as focus, we are part of the Operations Transformation department by being responsible for scouting, evaluating, and helping to execute major changes in the Supply Chain.

Do you have what it takes?

  • With a background in Supply Chain and operations, or with strategic consulting where you have proven experience in leading cross-functional transformation activities.
  • Proven experience in driving trade off discussions, from the Ideation of a product and its development to Supply Chain and to successfully commercialize it.
  • Experience in strategy development and process design along with proven leadership in global projects and change management programs.
  • Strong business insight acumen, with a strategic approach and broad knowledge across entire value-chain (focus on supply chain)
  • Experience working in an agile / product orientated structure.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to transform complex situations into compelling stories and strategic recommendations.
  • Creative, curious, and opportunistic approach and can thrive in ambiguous environment.
