As Group CFO you step into a company with a new ownership structure, but with a very solid foundation, strong collaboration with customers and many years of technical industry knowledge. The position as Group CFO is brand-new and you must have the expertise, passion, and drive to make it your own. The position is pivotal to the groups growth and the Group CFO must have a hands-on pragmatic focus on business development, optimization, financing and cost, creating a sustainable and healthy organization. The position is unique in the sense that you help define the structure, mechanisms and processes of the group, thereby ensuring alignment, corporation and optimization across the various companies and units.

As BMS Stangeland continues to expand in the Nordic region, the strategy focuses on creating sustainable and profitable financial growth, organizational development, cost focus and overall development of the group. You take the lead in this work and play a major role in the implementation of the strategy. In working with the strategy, you are a close confidant for the CEO, the owners and the responsible for finances in the different companies.

You are an accomplished Group CFO with a proven track record in strategic financial management on an international level with multiple entities. You have an excellent understanding of business, and you are ready to use that knowledge though a pragmatic, patient and hands-on approach while building the group level of BMS Stangeland. In this position, you drive change across the various units, and champion various efforts within group-growth and business development.

As CFO, you are responsible for keeping the financial planning and risk management aligned with the company's strategic objectives. The role demands an understanding of financial liabilities and opportunities, which allows you to contribute to the organization's resilience and growth.

The responsibilities as Group CFO include a wide range of tasks including an updated overview of the group s opportunities, main activities, larger projects and liquidity and resources. You get this overview through proactivity, dialogue, analysis and close communication with relevant business partners.

Embracing the latest in IT and technological advancements, it is the responsibility of the Group CFO to ensure operations are efficient, data-driven, and at the forefront of the industry.

The overall responsibility as Group CFO of BMS Stangeland A/S also includes the following areas:

• Spearhead risk management initiatives, analyzing potential liabilities and identifying strategic opportunities
• Ensure the right agreements and conditions regarding financing
• Enhance operational efficiencies and profitability through the analysis of financial and operational data, guiding investment strategies including cash flow and liquidity risks
• Serve as an advisor to the CEO and the owners, delivering strategic financial insights and guidance to steer the group towards its goals
• Manage the group s financing efforts and capital structure
• Development of the group finance department and/or a shared service center that matches the group s current and future needs
• Tax optimization
• Transfer pricing
• Ensure compliance in relation to the applicable laws and regulations.

Your experience comes from working as a CFO or a similar position on a group level in a project driven, complex and international company with different types of customers and revenue streams. You are expected to have a strong background in business development and several years of experience in consolidating and optimizing different financial entities across national borders, company lines and subsidiaries.

Your management style is both transformative and inclusive, marked by an ability to drive change while fostering a collaborative environment. You balance strategic foresight with operational pragmatism, adeptly steering the company through complex financial landscapes and market dynamics. You can empower team members across different geographies, encouraging innovation, autonomy, and professional growth.

The starting point for your work is Copenhagen, but you must expect a certain amount of travel activity in the job.
