Senior Soc Analyst - Tietoevry Tech Services (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Senior SOC Analyst who will join our Security Operations Center. As a SOC Analyst, you will be in the front line of our client’s cyber defense, responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating cybersecurity incidents to ensure our clients' digital environments are secure and resilient.

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Soc Analyst you will:

• Ensure the continuous monitoring and review of security event sources for alerts and incidents.
  • Perform investigations of security incidents, by using SOC security analytic tools, technologies and services (EDR, XDR, SOAR, SIEM etc.).
  • Use Threat Intelligence and threat hunting, to search for new, emerged and wildly exploited threats.
  • Perform deeper analysis of threats, such as malware and file analysis.
  • Develop automation of our detection capabilities.
  • Manage and maintain security event monitoring use cases, including ruleset configuration for the deployed toolset.
  • Report and participate in process development
  • Actively proposing changes or improvements of products/services and processes.

Who we are looking for:

• We expect you to have a few years of working experience in cybersecurity, as a security analyst or incident responder
• Swedish citizenship as we have some Swedish security elevated customers but also excellent knowledge of the English language, both spoken and written
  

We do also expect you to have previous experience within some of the following areas:
• Endpoint protection (Antivirus / EDR)
• Malware and file analysis
• Cloud security knowledge
• Intrusion detection and prevention systems (IPS/IDS sensors)
• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM platforms)
• Vulnerability scanning
• Penetration testing / Ethical hacking
• Scripting languages
• Networking technologies (Firewalls, Next-Gen Firewalls, Switches, Routers)

• We consider it meritorious if you have any cybersecurity or it operations related certificates
