About this opportunity
As the Team Leader for Consumer Cards, you will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward, ensuring our consumer card offerings are not only competitive but also resonate with our customers across the Nordics. Your leadership will be key in fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and customer-centric innovation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Inspire and Empower: Lead a talented team, setting a clear direction and providing coaching to help them achieve their personal and professional best.
  • Strategic Leadership: Shape and execute the strategic direction for Consumer Cards, ensuring profitability and alignment with our broader business goals.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Be the driving force behind strong partnerships within the Consumer Cards value chain, ensuring that our strategies are fully supported across the organization.
  • Impactful Decision-Making: Use your commercial acumen to guide the development of our consumer cards portfolio, making decisions that will resonate in both local and Nordic markets.

Your Experience and Background:

  • 10+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record in stakeholder management and business development.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at both local and Nordic levels.
  • A relevant academic degree, with professional fluency in English. Experience in the personal banking, cards, or payments industry is a plus but not essential.
