In this position, your main responsibility will be to operate Microsoft DNS services in conjunction with Microsoft DHCP. We are looking for someone who is passionate about DNS area and is eager to play a major role is providing our clients DNS/DHCP services. The position involves incidents troubleshooting, resolving complex issues, and occasionally participate on variety of projects and other customer demands.

Responsibilities
We work with a wide variety of network technologies and environments for our customers. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for:

• Preparing and maintaining documentation
• Planning and resolving operational tasks including incidents, problems and changes
• Troubleshooting and root cause analysis including participate in taskforces
• Development of operations documentation
• Maintenance and development of our DNS platform and tools
• Participation in maintenance, transition and transformation projects
• Quality Assurance such as Asset & Configuration Management, Patch Management

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in maintaining DNS protocol and technologies (Microsoft DNS, Dynamic DNS, split DNS, DNS views, forwarding and transfer, BIND, etc.)
• Microsoft server (Powershell is advantage)
• Microsoft DNS service
• Microsoft DHCP service
• UNIX/Linux server including BIND and shell script
• Your background in formal IT Operations must be grounded in the ITIL processes
• Cisco CCNA certification within Routing/Switching and/or Security will be considered as an advantage.
• You are professional in English; both speaking and writing
