We are looking new colleague for the Network team. The team is responsible for maintenance and operation of network and network security solutions at customer premises as well as in the datacentre.
Responsibilities
We work with a wide variety of network technologies and environments for our customers. Together with your colleagues you will be responsible for:
- Operations, maintenance and compliance of customers’ network solutions.
- Incident and change management of LAN, WAN, Wireless, Datacentre areas.
- 2nd and 3rd level troubleshooting
- Patch Management
- Preparing and maintaining documentation
Technologies the team works with:
- Cisco Routing & Switching (Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, including 6500, 4900, 4500)
- Cisco ACI , VMware NSX, Cisco Catalyst centre.
- Network Wireless (Cisco WLC) .
- Cisco Meraki.
- Network Security (Cisco ASA firewalls, PaloAlto firewalls, IDS/IPS, two-factor-authentication, Cisco ISE) - will be considered as an advantage.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate has 5+ years’ hands-on experience in large Cisco LAN/WAN/datacentre network environments or large enterprise solutions.
- You have all-round high-level skills within routing & switching but you are competent within network security technologies (especially Cisco ASA).
- We mainly work with products from Cisco and expect you to have an updated Cisco CCNA certification as minimum.
- CCNP certification (or higher) within Routing/Switching will be considered as an advantage.
- Your background in formal IT Operations must be grounded in the ITIL processes.
- You speak and write English fluently.
