We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to engage in our Global IT team. This new dedicated and talented IT member will join our Spanish office in Zaragoza and will closely cooperate with our colleagues anchored to the EMEA region.

about the role
Our new talent will be responsible for the onsite IT support in Zaragoza and help the extended Global IT Support team. The team is responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and services across our international operations. The role reports directly to the Head of IT & Business Systems based in Denmark with a strong focus on the Iberia country-specific needs, ensuring smooth daily operation of our team members.

The main tasks for this role include:

Onsite User Support

• Delivering exceptional support to users in our Zaragoza office solving IT support requests in a timely manner (software and hardware).
• Provide comprehensive support and assistance in managing our Microsoft 365 environment.
• Office network infrastructures: responsible for new layout configuration, maintenance, monitoring ongoing contracts with suppliers and needed licenses.
• Gathering and analyzing data to conclude the best solution for our computer systems.
• Ad hoc support to People & Culture during the onboarding process by generating sign ins and computers' configuration for new hires.

Global IT Support

• Microsoft 365 Management: collaborate with the global IT team to manage and optimize our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless integration and functionality for all users.
• System Administration: support, maintain, and develop our Azure environment and systems, such as Entra ID and Intune.
• Business optimization and continuous improvement: proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and efficiencies, contributing to the ongoing development of our IT infrastructure.

about you
Ideally, you will bring the following experience and qualities to our business:

• Possess relevant education and technical expertise: proven experience in system administration, particularly with Azure, Entra ID, and Intune, preferably working in an international environment.
• Certification in Microsoft 365, Azure administration, or related fields.
• Familiarity with additional IT management tools and systems.
• User Support: demonstrated ability to provide effective and efficient onsite and remote user support.
• Organized, accurate and always keeping an eye for details.
• Team Collaboration: strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a global team environment.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing IT issues.
• English Proficiency: essential to communicate with our many international colleagues, and to support global IT initiatives and projects.
