In this role, you won’t just be generating leads—you’ll be building the foundation of our sales pipeline. You’ll be the first point of contact for our potential customers, setting the stage for our sales team to close deals and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Lead Generation: You will be the engine of our sales machine, identifying and qualifying leads. Your ability to bring opportunities to light will set the pace for our growth.
- Own the Sales Pipeline in Germany: From the first touchpoint to the handoff, you’ll manage the German market pipeline. Timely follow-ups and precise tracking aren’t just tasks; they’re your responsibility.
- Engage with Purpose: Every call, every email, every demo—you’ll approach them with the intent to connect, engage, and convert. You know how our prospects tick and get them excited about what Skyfish can do for them.
- Collaborate Relentlessly: We’re a team, and we win together. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our marketing and sales teams to ensure a smooth journey for our prospects.

- Proven Sales Drive: You have experience in sales development, ideally within SaaS, and a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You know how to turn potential into results.
- Fluent Communicator: German, but English is our internal language.
- Self-Starter: You’re not waiting for direction—you take it. You’re motivated by goals and have the persistence to see them through.
- Analytical Thinker: You use data to inform your decisions, and you’re comfortable working with CRM systems like Pipedrive to keep things on track.
