Attorney-at-Law for Plesner's Construction team

We are looking for two talented attorneys with 1-4 years of experience to join our specialised Construction team, where teamwork, deep expertise, and collaboration are the cornerstones of our success.

The Construction team is involved in the largest building projects and building disputes in Denmark. We advise at every stage of a project – from planning and contract negotiation to delivery and completion.

As an attorney-at-law in our team, you will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of legal issues in depth. This position offers diverse work that will strengthen your expertise in construction law while giving you a comprehensive understanding of clients' businesses and processes. We collaborate closely with Plesner's other teams, which enables us to provide clients with highly specialised advice across all areas of their business.

As an attorney-at-law in the Construction team, your work will include:

• court proceedings and arbitration proceedings related to construction law;
• ongoing legal advice to the parties during the entire project lifecycle – from planning and contract formation to delivery and completion, including matters related to defects and payment;
• mentorship and talent development of junior colleagues; you will play a key role in shaping their professional and personal growth; and
• knowledge-sharing and collaboration across Plesner's teams to deliver holistic solutions for clients.

Who are you?
We are looking for two talented attorney-at-law with 1-4 years of experience in construction law. You have a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, both within the firm and with clients.

You have an analytic and structured approach to work, and you are confident in taking responsibility for complex cases and projects. In addition, you actively contribute to the team's growth, collaboration, and a positive atmosphere.
