How will you make an impact?
In this position, you will act as an advisor for and driver of a range of projects and strategic tasks. This is a global role where you will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and interact with senior stakeholders in a complex setup across the global Arla business. The position is based at our Head Office in Aarhus.

• Drive the change management tracks of our projects.
• Drive various project deliveries both independently and together with the team.
• Provide support on strategy projects as well as driving and keeping track on strategy execution.
• Ensure a deep understanding of employee needs through data collection and data-analysis (qualitative and quantitative).
• Prepare presentations and make ad hoc analyses for meetings and as a base for decision-making.
• Help reach our sustainability objectives by motivating and engaging colleagues, employees, and collaboration partners.

What will make you a success?
As a person, you are ambitious and driven, you understand the need to be collaborative and proactive, and you can adapt to changing circumstances. You can solve complex problems while paying attention to the details and are comfortable working closely with key stakeholders throughout the business. You are skilled using all Microsoft Office products, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Further, you embrace and encourage more digital ways of collaborating between colleagues.

Your predecessor holds a master's degree in psychology or Anthropology; however, this is not necessary to be a success in the role. You could have various backgrounds spanning from architect, org. designer, business, or communication degree. Most importantly you have experience from a role where you have handled stakeholders and deliveries in a complex setup, and you have a great interest in collaboration and facilities supporting a good work life.

You must be a fluent communicator in English.
