IAM Lead Architect – TDC NET Copenhagen or Aarhus

TDC NET is investing heavily in building a state-of-the-art, scalable, and automated IAM platform. We are looking for an IAM Architect to TDC NET that can drive this critical initiative and help secure the digital infrastructure for the future. TDC NET is in the middle of a transformation set to fundamentally reshape their business processes, ensuring a more customer-centric approach. There are nine experienced profiles in the IAM team, who support and manage different IAM disciplines such as IGA, PAM and CIAM.

Work location will be Teglholmsgade 1 in Copenhagen or Sletvej 30 in Aarhus. As IAM Architect, you will report to the Head of IAM and collaborate closely with a Product Owner, PING and PAM Specialists.

About the job
As IAM Architect, your role will center on setting the vision and strategy for the IAM and AD areas as well as providing technical and strategic guidance and ensuring that the architecture adheres to industry best practices. You will collaborate closely with technical areas across TDC NET’s Technology organization as well as relevant business lines. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead the development of IAM and AD strategies aligned with TDC NET’s goals and compliance requirements.
• Integrate modern technologies and automation into the IAM platform, enhancing security and efficiency.
• Provide architectural guidance for onboarding systems to the IAM platform and streamline identity lifecycle management.
• Engage with IAM solution vendors to stay updated on new features and trends.
• Collaborate with domain architects and mentor team members to create a cohesive enterprise architecture.

About you
We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect with a deep understanding of security protocols and standards. You bring a structured approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. Furthermore, you are comfortable acting as functional lead and go-to person, when it comes to IAM architecture, and where you take pride in presenting your area of expertise with passion, vision and openness for others’ input. Your personal characteristics are supported by skills and experience in following:

• At least 3 years of experience as an IAM Architect in large organizations.
• Experience with at least one or more IAM solutions such as IGA, CIAM, or PAM.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
