We are looking for a highly engaged Global Business Support specialist with a technical mindset and project coordination experience.

Welcome to Human Health Biosolutions…
As our new team member, you will be part of Human Health Biosolutions Global Business Support team, based in Hørsholm, Denmark. We support the established product portfolio and projects related to product changes. We manage product documentation and product data and supports the business and customers with product technical information.

In this role you’ll make an impact by...
As a Global Business Support Specialist, you will have an important role in building and aligning the foundation of our customer support. You will be involved in aligning positions and building new processes related to our many product documentation and support merging activities building our new company Novonesis.

Your main tasks will be:

• Aligning documentation and support processes
• Aligning positions and documentation content
• Supporting and training stakeholders
• Representing Global Business support in value chain projects
• Maintaining Product documentation
• Following and creating system related manuals and SOPs

In addition, some of your key tasks will include:

• Preparing and creating product documentation
• Continuously maintaining and optimizing internal documentation related processes and structures
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across functions and countries
• Ensuring a customer-centric approach to tasks

Your collaboration extends beyond borders, working closely with global colleagues to gain in-depth knowledge of the organization and existing products. While the team emphasizes on-site presence, you can over time enjoy a certain flexibility, with the option to work from home occasionally after a successful onboarding.

We are looking for you if you have …
A minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably with a master’s degree in food/pharma/technology or equivalent. You have the ability to bridge different areas of expertise across functions ensuring a clear message to end-receiver. You are process and detailoriented with a service mindset and team-spirit. You are a consistent independent performer who thrives to troubleshoot with a can-do mindset.

Experience with project coordination and change management is prefered. We embrace a pragmatic and customer-centric mindset and value candidates who align with this philosophy in contributing to our team. You have excellent English skills, both written and oral.
