HR Manager (m/f/d)

For our HR Service Team within the Europe Service Unit, we are looking for an HR Manager (m/f/d) to work full-time at our Hamburg location for a fixed term contract of 18 months.

Your tasks:

• You will be responsible for both operational and strategic aspects of a business unit and will ensure optimal HR support.
• You are available to advise employees on all personnel-related matters and ensure comprehensive support.
• You act as a trusted point of contact for managers and support them in their personnel responsibilities.
• By coaching and advising managers, you help them to deal with disciplinary- and labor law challenges. You promote positive employee relations and are actively involved in conflict resolution.
• You conduct talent reviews and support the performance review of employees in collaboration with the managers in your area of responsibility.
• You will take on project-related tasks and contribute to the further development of our HR processes.
• Budget planning is also part of your tasks, where you keep an eye on human resources.
• You will actively shape change processes and support the company as an HR expert during change processes.

Your profile:

• You have a degree in psychology, sociology or business administration or a commercial education with relevant further training in the HR field.
• You have in-depth knowledge of labor law and experience with common HR tools such as SAP SuccessFactors.
• Your excellent communication skills and expertise in change management are put to confident use in practice.
• You act proactively and have in-depth experience in change management and organizational development.
• As a communicative and assertive personality, you combine a high level of business acumen with social skills.
• Your solution-oriented and goal-oriented approach is reflected in your commitment to continuous improvement.
• You have a strong intercultural awareness and experience in an international environment, ideally speaking other languages in addition to German and English.
