Who we’re looking for
Are you passionate about interacting with suppliers and internal stakeholders? Do you get motivated by working in a company with focus on green transition and sustainability? Then you might be our new Senior Lead Buyer for our Global Raw Materials Procurement Department.

As our new Senior Lead Buyer, you will support at drive selected category management initiatives within Raw Materials Procurement. You will be a strategic purchaser for selected Raw Materials, and you will be responsible for driving and managing the Procure-to-Pay process.

Your responsibilities will amongst other be:

• Doing market analysis and business Intelligence
• Driving and developing the use of digital Procurement tools (SAP, GEP etc.)
• Managing KPI reporting
• Supporting Procurement initiatives within Sustainability Improvements.

What you’ll bring
We would love our new colleague to be self-driven, dynamic and result oriented. You are known for establishing effective relations with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, and you have strong communicative skills as well as the ability to make clear agreements. In addition, you are highly analytical, like data processing and are an experienced user of Excel. You enjoy using exciting new tools in the IT world and are looking for solutions to complex problems of analysis.

The ideal candidate holds a commercial or technical degree within e.g. economics, technical, supply chain management or engineering, and has a solid experience within purchasing or supply chain.

Besides this, you:

• Can work independently, yet you value working in a team
• Communicate effortlessly in English and look forward to collaborating across borders
• Have the ambition to grow and develop a career in a leading company and are ready to accept growing responsibilities in a growing organization
• Want to use your business understanding in a commercial set-up.
