We are EasyTranslate, a complete Translation Management Software based in Denmark that provides companies with efficient and customised solutions for their language-related needs.We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our team in North Macedonia. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface of our next-generation application for automating content creation and localisation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand business needs
• Translate complex ideas into wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs in Figma
• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless user experiences and accurate implementation of designs
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups for new features
• Ensure consistent design language and visual identity across all platforms to ensure a cohesive user experience
• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the product visually appealing and user-friendly

Skills that make you a good fit for this role:

• Experience in UX/UI design (portfolio to showcase your skills is a plus)
• Proficiency in Figma (other design tool is a plus, e.g. Adobe XD)
• Experience with Flowbite or similar UI component libraries for building responsive designs
• Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles
• Deep understanding of UX principles, user flows, and information architecture
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers and product managers
• Communication skills and ability to present your designs and ideas clearly
