Your new role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Learning Specialist to join our dynamic Global People Development team. As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our learning via online and digital solutions, including designing, developing, and implementing digital learning content. You will take process ownership of learning via our global learning platforms (i.e., SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Viva Learning). You will collaborate with subject matter experts, senior leadership facilitators, and technology teams both internally and externally to create engaging and effective learning experiences and global learning processes.

One of your first projects will include piloting a global learning platform in close collaboration with the technology team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Taking process ownership of learning via learning management systems to deliver and track learning programs for streamlined and efficient global learning process.

• Collaborating with subject matter experts, senior leadership facilitators, and technology teams to create engaging and effective learning experiences.

• Designing and developing digital learning content, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive activities.

• Analyzing learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning experiences.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital learning.

• Providing support and training to learners and instructors on digital learning tools and platforms.

• Promoting learning culture globally, by communicating with global communities of learners and stakeholders.

• Online and face to face facilitation in roll outs and programs together with facilitator team, especially where digital solutions are involved.

Our Global People Development team of 8 is part of a Global Talent COE Center of Excellence based at our head office in Valby, Copenhagen. It is an exciting moment to join as we are currently expanding our learning offerings, including our digital and online delivery.

What you bring to the team

You are a highly organized, positive, and solution-oriented person, excited about working with learning platforms to create a fantastic learning experience for all. Your ideal qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications in education, instructional design, digital learning technology, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in managing and maintaining content within LMS platforms, including implementing streamlined process for multiple platform administrators.

• Proven experience in designing and developing digital learning content.

• Good understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.

• Great communication and collaboration skills.

• Project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Fluency in English, as it is our working language.

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Microsoft Viva Learning is beneficial.

• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate or others) is beneficial.

• Experience with online facilitation or a desire to develop facilitation skills is beneficial.

Seniority of the position will be based on your experience and qualifications.
