Welcome to Learning, Leadership & Culture (LLC) Team
In LLC we are 18 very competent and highly engaged people with focus on driving Novonesis’ Learning, Leadership & Culture agenda and initiatives. We are responsible for global leadership development, corporate employee development, a new culture implementation, talent management, engagement, and many other super interesting areas.

The team consists of 5 Regional Learning and Leadership Partners, and 2 teams driving the above agendas and initiatives. The role as Student Assistant will reside in the Leadership & Engagement team and will be supporting the entire LLC area.

The Learning, Leadership & Culture team is part of the global People & Organization function.

The position is part time with an expected weekly hour of 15-20, ideally split over 3 days. The position is for 2 years (temporary).

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Your overall responsibility is to support with tasks of operational and coordination character and be responsible for our learning request inbox. So, your main tasks are:

• Ensure that requests coming through our learning inbox are addressed.
• Ensure coordination of requests between facilitators (internal) and the organization.
• Support with presentations and material layout.
• Support with coordination of global leadership development program.
• Ad-hoc tasks in the LLC team.

To succeed you must hold:
A strong service and support mindset is important, as you will supporting colleagues in LLC as well as leaders in the organization, why we also expect you to have strong communication skills.

You should be able to provide structure and ensure timely communication regarding requests from the organization and from colleagues. Lastly, we would value if you are self-driven and an independent thinker, and have the courage to investigate solutions on your own.

Ideally, you will have approx. 2 years left of your studies. We are also open for you to write your thesis in Novonesis.
