Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Assist with organizing internal initiatives, team agendas and workflow optimization.
  • Manage meetings via Outlook and maintain MD&I organization charts.
  • Develop and update internal SharePoint sites.
  • Support administrative tasks and contribute to improving processes.
  • Help prepare PowerPoint slide decks and maintain documentation management.
  • Perform other general office management duties.

The Student Worker working in the "MD&I" organization with Strategic Projects & Business Enabling team will be working within Administration support, tools and communication.

Do you have what it takes?

  • It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or finalizing summer 2025) in business related field like administration.
  • Strong communicator and Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Customer driven and service minded.
  • Able to collaborate with an international team and visit the Billund office weekly.
  • Proficient in Office 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, SharePoint) with a tech-savvy mindset.
  • Solid process development skills enabled by strong structure and organization skills.
  • Have a can and will do mindset.
  • Person must thrive juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders, have a good sense of humor and an accommodating personality.
  • Ability to combine and reuse knowledge into new ideas.
  • Ability to take initiative and act on opportunities.
