Your new role
As our new Strategy Associate/Consultant, you will join a diverse and international team that forms the basis of the Executive Office, reporting directly to the CEO of Ramboll Group. As a team we are responsible for key Group priorities such as strategy development and implementation, business development (organic and M&A driven), organisational design, in-house consulting projects, executive agenda support and priority ad-hoc tasks that are top of mind of the Executive Management and the board of directors of the Group.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Revise and update of our Group Strategy
  • Lead implementation of our Group strategy among our business units
  • Support Group strategy discussions with our Group Executive Board
  • Ensure alignment among senior stakeholders as a strategic partner
  • Manage teams on a project basis in strategic and transformational efforts
  • Drive and be part of in-house consulting projects, e.g. GtM strategies for our business areas, business improvement projects, sparring to our business owners etc
  • Help run the ‘annual wheel’ of strategy and business planning for Business Units, Corporate and Group as a whole, from setting priorities through implementation and follow-up
  • Contribute to Group Strategy structural capital: knowledge base, talent development, processes and tools

About you

  • Relevant academic background: Master-level degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Science, Engineering, or a related field of study from a leading university
  • Relevant full-time experience from a similar Corporate Function or Management Consulting: minimum 2-7 years
  • International experience through previous positions or studies is an advantage
  • Fluency in English (Danish is not required)
