Behind the title
As an IT System Specialist, you will play a key role in improving the efficiency of all manufacturing-related processes globally and be at the centre of transformation activities. You can, therefore, look forward to a dynamic project-oriented community working in an international environment with colleagues from all over the world supporting both our local and global sites. The position requires taking independent decisions based on business requirements and strategy.

Additionally, your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the installation, configuration, and qualification of our PAS-X MES system for new Production facilities globally
• Relaying technical aspects of the application and underlying infrastructure with LoB stakeholders in a GxP regulated environment
• Supervising deployment of LEAPWORK Test Automation Platform including integration with Novo Nordisk’s main Test and Validation tool (TIMS)
• Collaborating with other stakeholders and vendors to research and adopt new technologies
• Actively improving and optimizing our processes, both internally and across teams within Product Supply and Digital, Data & IT
• Ensuring IT security and data integrity by working in accordance with Novo Nordisk procedures and external guidelines for Computer Systems Validation

At a later stage, the role is planned to transition to a broader support responsibility over deployments and roll-outs of further technologies and platforms.

Which competencies to bring
To be successful in this role, we imagine you meet most of the following:

• Relevant academic degree in IT, Business, Economics, or ITU degree
• Proven experience in a similar position for at least two years - working with installation and qualification
• Familiarity with GxP IT system validation in a highly regulated production environment
• Solid knowledge of deploying PAS-X or another MES System, with basic GMBR design experience
• Ability to navigate and manage responsibilities in a critical and complex environment, including the skillset to understand the criticality, and independently prioritise and act
• Excellent communication both in written and spoken English; Danish would be advantageous

We are looking for a colleague who can use empathy, great communication, and IT apprehension to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, as well as vendors, consultants and customers.

You will be anchored in the Product Management team within the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Agile Programme, part of Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Product Supply, focusing on implementing key systems supporting Novo Nordisk’ manufacturing processes.
