If this resonates with you, you could be the new Supply Chain IT Director we are eager to welcome aboard our DD&IT PS Supply Chain - Produce & Deliver department.

What’s in it for you?
As the Supply Chain IT Director, you will have the responsibility of collaborating with the business to define and execute the Novo Nordisk Supply Chain strategy within the scope of Produce & Deliver. This area is set to embark on several crucial projects in the upcoming years. These include defining and implementing a new global Cold Chain solution for all manufacturing sites and warehouses, supporting the conversion and benefit realization of SAP S/4HANA, along with a major upgrade to SAP ATTP.

Your overall key responsibilities will include:

• Driving the strategy processes, preparing, and defining the DD&IT business context and vision in collaboration with IT specialists and technical architects

• Leading multifunctional work groups created to carry out strategic projects and prepare for a broad upgrade of the target architecture and system portfolio

• Aligning with stakeholders and agile release trains (ARTs) to ensure product viability

• Overseeing operational and strategic vendor management in collaboration with System-/Service Management

• As DD&IT Business Owner, collaborating on functional and Agile budgets and operational excellence with the Business Owners, Release Train Engineers, Product Management, and the Lean Portfolio Management function

Moreover, the team will continue delivering innovative Business Process Management solutions on SAP BTP, where they are recognized for driving high-impact solutions across the company. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with 10 agile product teams, renowned as leaders in their field, who are enthusiastic about transforming our supply chain to meet the company’s rapidly changing demands. As part of your leadership role, you will support the development and growth of 10 individuals based Ballerup (DK) and be the functional head of an agile delivery organisation of 80+ individuals across China, Denmark, and India.

Which competencies to bring?
The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements

• A master’s or similar graduate degree in relevant field

• 8+ years professional experience whereof most of them are in a people leading role

• Experience with Supply Chain business processes from a manufacturing company preferred, but not a requirement

• Strong system and service management experience

• Solid experience with Agile methodologies and the ability to drive the product throughout all investment cycles

• Proven track record of successful stakeholder management
