About the Team:

In Delivery & Planning we have a mission of driving and improving end to end delivery of tech initiatives in collaboration with Product, Project and Development teams – seeking to deliver expected outcome for our customers and colleagues in shortest possible time to market while staying within budget.

We collaborate, deliver services and provide expertise across the Digital and technology domains to ensure clarity, providing coaching and driving for more consistency.

The role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Transformation Director to lead our digital and technology transformation efforts. This key leadership role will focus on enhancing our operating model with outset in our digital and technology strategy - through mastery, training, and coaching, while also being a key contributor to our people and culture agenda across our technology hubs. In addition the role will lead, drive and ensure traction on our transformation priorities.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of change management principles, technology disciplines and operating models - and demonstrate the ability to foster a culture of accountability, delivery on commitments, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across our technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Transformation Leadership:
      • Spearhead the transformation team's efforts to evolve and implement our operating model, ensuring alignment with technology strategy, D&T organizational goals and objectives – and taking accountability for ensuring progress via Transformation Management Office
    • Training, Coaching and Mastery:
      • Develop and implement strategies to drive mastery in defined transformation practices across the organization – enabling Transformation objectives
      • Design and deliver training programs and deliver coaching that enhance the skills and capabilities of team members within the digital and technology organization.
      • Provide coaching to leaders and employees, fostering a growth mindset and ensuring the successful adoption of new methodologies and practices.
    • Change Management Capabilities:
      • Enhance change management capabilities across technology domains to ensure seamless transitions during transformation projects.
      • Identify and mitigate resistance to change by employing effective communication strategies and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
    • Transformation Progress and Performance Metrics:
      • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives and training programs.
      • Continuously assess progress and adapt strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
    • People and Culture:
      • Champion the people and culture initiatives within the digital and technology organization, aligning them with the overall strategic vision of the company.
      • Contribute to onboarding, engagement, communication and collaboration improvements through various initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
    • Stakeholder Engagement:
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on transformation goals and initiatives.
      • Communicate transformation objectives, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, fostering transparency and buy-in throughout the organization.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in leading transformation initiatives within a digital and technology environment ideally in global companies
    • Strong Programme and Delivery Management experience to drive progress while ensuring followership
    • Strong knowledge of different operating models within Digital and Technology organisations
    • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Process).
    • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
    • Demonstrated success in driving cultural change and enhancing employee engagement.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
